Kinfolk Miseries

Our old shack isn't big enough to swing a tomcat in, and now that Uncle Tom has been laid off from the mine works, he's moved his brood in with us. Tom and his wife, Ruby Jewell, have six youngsters, and when you add me and my five sisters…well that makes for a mess of kids. Of course, Mammy hates to see Tom and his kids out under the sky, with nary a place to keep the rain off their heads, but she and Pappy works hard just to feed us, let alone nine more. How will these two Families cope with such and arrangement when Tom's wife, Ruby Jewell, refuses to do her part with the house chores?
