Ainsley Hazlewood has never been to Scotland. But when her grandmother’s last wish in her will is for Ainsley to return an old family ring to its rightful owners in Scotland, she can’t refuse.

Her first night doesn’t go as planned when her car gets stranded in mud and she’s rescued by a handsome, charming Scotsman named Leith. His dashing rescue and the cozy inn he takes her to in order to get out of the rain leads to a fiery night in bed that changes Ainsley’s life.

But when she wakes up alone, she reminds herself that it was just one night. She has a mission to fulfill. Armed with her family’s antique ring; she drives to the estate where she’s to return the ring.
