Hans-Joerg Gierke has over 25 years of experience in IT service management in various large companies. He is married, has one daughter, is a passionate archer, and has been a trainer in archery and team sports for many years. From his own experience, he knows how perfectionism can be both an obstacle and an advantage—in everyday life, at work, and in sports.
