Judith Niederwanger (b. 1983) and Alexander Pichler (b. 1984) are a couple sharing a passion for traveling, hiking, and photography. In 2015, they embarked on their great adventure: they traveled around the world for one year and launched their blog www.roterrucksack.de to share their experience. Ever since their return, they have spent every free minute hiking in the mountains— no matter the season. Their cameras and the red backpack are their faithful companions on every tour. That way, they collect hiking tips and photo spots which they share with their 50k followers on Facebook and Instagram. Some of their pictures have been published in several photo calendars about South Tyrol, Lake Garda, southern England, and Japan—among others.
