LSP Trends in the 2020s
Language teaching is increasingly adapting to the realities of the modern world, particularly to rapid technological development, growing mobility, and the emergence of new learner needs. This book examines the impact of AI and online learning on the teaching and learning of Languages for Specific Purposes (LSP), offering both theoretical insights and practical applications. It addresses key topics such as AI-assisted content creation, teacher feedback, skill development, ethical challenges, online learning models, wellbeing, and the roles of soft skills and intercultural communication. Drawing on research and data analysis, the e-book bridges innovation and pedagogy, providing educators and researchers with evidence-based strategies for contemporary LSP teaching. Importantly, it also highlights how these advancements can support more inclusive, flexible, and learner-centred educational practices.
