Today, the widespread use of artificial intelligence is radically changing every aspect of our lives. The book examines the impact that emerging AI technologies are having on agriculture, industry, and tourism, with a particular focus on the moral implications of their use. In this way, the book offers readers an overview of the main ethical issues raised by the use of intelligent systems in these sectors and so aims to answer a twofold question: How are sectors such as agriculture, industry, and tourism being reshaped by AI technologies? And what ethical challenges do these technologies pose in these fields and, more broadly, in our society?
