Every night at exactly 00:13, Bellwick loses thirteen minutes.



Nobody notices.



Nobody remembers.



Because when the missing time is over, every memory of those thirteen minutes has been replaced by something else.



Something perfectly believable.



Something false.



When Leo, Mina, Ben and Ruby discover a mysterious video on their phones, they see themselves walking through Bellwick in the middle of the night.



They remember none of it.



And in the video is a boy none of them know.



His name is Noah Winter.



He is twelve years old.



There is only one problem:



Noah Winter disappeared in 1996.



And somehow… he is still twelve.



With their dog Krümel, a collection of cameras, notes and recordings, and the newly created 00:13 Protocol, the four friends begin investigating the thirteen minutes their own minds refuse to remember.



Their search leads them to the abandoned Bellwick Institute, a forgotten experiment called MNEMOS, and a secret hidden for thirty years.



Because the thirteen minutes were never really erased.



And Noah may not be the only thing waiting on the other side.

Born in 1970, Heinz always wanted to make films. But in the 1980s in Graz (Austria), this wish could not be fulfilled.



So he learned a "regular" job as a media salesman. But he did not give up his passion for photography, filming, making music and writing.



"Better late than never", he says and now his first book has been published! A film about the book is in production and he also released two songs for it (@Heinz Siegfried) at the same time.



This proves it once again - everything is possible if you believe in it!
