Until recently, diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson´s Disease was focused on the early phase of the illness. In the last few years, complications such as dyskinesia, autonomic dysregulation and psychiatric disturbances have drawn more attention, thus inspiring several novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
