I have created this book in the hope of being of help to you, to help you transform, overcome mental barriers, feel better about yourself, and find the motivation and inspiration you need to go smoothly through life's stream.



The book is organized into 9 chapters and has 91 questions on different interest topics such as Life in General, Relationships, Work, The social side of life, Health, Money, Success, Happiness, and Spirituality.

His journey as a writer began in May 2018, at 39. In December, of the same year, he received his first-ever prize for a short science fiction story, written for a contest organized by the well-known Romanian science fiction club "Helion", based in Timisoara, Romania, where he took 2nd place, with the short story "They Were Two".



Since 2018, he has published twelve books: 4 free-verse poetry titles in a concept saga, 9 spiritual titles, and three science-fiction titles. He has lots of books under editing so expect a lot of new stuff from him in the coming years.



Adrian Tanase is also an electronic music producer, creating music under the moniker "Xplore" since 1999.
