Kathryn Butler (MD, Columbia University) worked as a trauma surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital before she left clinical practice to homeschool her children. She now writes regularly about faith, medicine, and the power of great stories. She is the author of many books, including the Lamplight Series of decide-as-you-go adventures, The Dream Keeper Saga for middle-grade readers, and The Storyteller's Bible.
